Bei Mississippi-Queen geht es um ein Dampfer-Rennen auf demselben Fluss. Die Spieler werden nach der Rangfolge der Einfahrt ihres Dampfers belohnt und erhalten dementsprechende Plätze. Zumindest in der Grundversion ist das so. In der Fortgeschrittenenversion wird das Spiel noch schwieriger gemacht, indem zusätzlich noch Passagiere befördert werden müssen.
