I've played a few different games from this company, and all of them have been super fun. These games are immersive. It's a true murder mystery. You're essentially playing detective by combing through evidence, unlocking clues and eventually, solving the crime.

For the full experience, you'll need internet access. There's so much more when you follow clues online. The interactive design is well though out.

You can only play the game once, which may seem like a bummer when looking at the price, but I look at it differently. This is immersive entertainment that lasts for hours. To me, it's well worth it.

What a fun game! If you are into the murder mystery games this one is for you. Its a fun puzzle to solve and quite challenging. Only issue is you can only play it once and your done, so it is a little pricey when considering that. But, it would be an awesome gift to give to a murder mystery fan.

I've done several of the murder mysteries in a box, but this is the first one that needs the internet to be able to do a more full, thorough investigation. So this isn't one you'd want to take with you if you are going to a remote cabin to relax (or anywhere with inconsistent internet).

I also liked that this is like a choose your own adventure game. Your choices change outcomes and it makes it so you could replay, which is different than most of this type of game (at least that I've tried).

Worth trying if you're a fan of murder mystery games.

I have played a few of these games, I like some of them more than others. This one was fun for me. Of course you can only play these types of games one time. Where this game is a game with different endings, based on your choices. Others I have played are mystery ones where you are trying to solve "who done it" for group play with only one correct answer, right or wrong. This game is 1-5 players. I feel like the more payers you have makes it more difficult keeping everyone on the same page and involved. We played with 5 people and feel like I would like it better with just a couple.

So this was a fun enough game to play but wasn't super great. First off it is NOT like an escape room, it is more like a read tons of stuff and try to figure out a mystery by piecing all of the disparate pieces of information together. There are a few times where a puzzle type thing came up but not often.

The reading is broken up by having decisions that you need to make or by deciding what to ask people you come across. This does make the game more interesting and isn't just straight reading, but most of the game is reading based and then kind of choose your own adventure, as the decisions you make may affect gameplay later on.

The difficulty was pretty low for me. My partner and I played it in around 3 hours and we pretty much just read through the cards and made decisions fast as the "best" option almost always seemed obvious to us.

The game touts having a lot of interactions with the internet and phone calls. In reality there are about three fake websites you go to, and they aren't always super well done. One of the websites has a few "recordings" of phone calls. I wanted to go to lots of different websites and have to call numbers for real.

Overall, we got six hours of entertainment (three hours for two people) so $25 is not a bad price, and we both enjoyed it. It just wasn't hard enough and definitely could have been more interactive with puzzles or things to do. It comes with instructions to repack but also encourages you to take notes on the main game board.

If you don't mind doing a lot of reading and can remember a basic storyline for a few hours, you won't find this all that challenging but it will keep you entertained enough.
