In Smash Up you try to destroy bases with the help of your minions. This can be done by placing your minions inside a base, when the power of the minions is bigger then the power of the base, it is destroyed. However, you are not the only one who's trying to do this. The other players have the same goal.
When a base is destroyed, the player with the most power in that base gets the first points of that base. The first player who has 15 points wins the game.
