Each consists of 8 nation decks, the nations in the Classic game are somewhat easier and those of the Legends are for experienced leaders seeking more challenge. Each nation has their unique strengths and weaknesses and by cleverly using your powers you’ll be guiding one of them from uncivilised barbarian horde to hopefully become the most powerful empire in the world.
