Product description:
Beyond the boundaries of your still young civilization, the great unknown waits - a land with huge area to be opened, a map only sparsely decorated with sketches of fantastic creatures and the note "Here are Dragons". As you progress through the ages, your civilization will spread into these countries and encounter other emerging nations. But only if you first dare to the unknown as a brave explorer.
The ExpansionCivilization - A New Age: Terra IncognitavonFantasy Flight Gamesist packed with new material and new opportunities to expand the boundaries of your civilization. With Terra Incognita, you now have the opportunity to explore your surroundings, explore new landscapes and make the game board dynamic during the game. Your cities develop new districts that allow you to create new skills. New forms of government offer you benefits, and the battle is redefined with more armies. Ten new leaders also allow you to double the playable civilizations. With Terra Incognita, up to five players can now build their own civilizations and discover new areas, making the expansion an indispensable addition to civilization: a new age!
Get into the unknown.
So far, at the beginning of a PartieCivilization: a new age all card plates was designed. So you could see the entire world and although your realms spread across the map, they could never exceed the boundaries of the world. This now changes with the Terra Incognita expansion.
Now at the beginning, only one core area of card plates is determined, with the start plate of each player being placed along the border of the centre of this area. The resources of these regions will certainly be heavily confused. Therefore, you will soon want to discover new regions of the world for your nation. With the action Explore , this is now possible. So the world becomes bigger piece by piece.
The districts of your city
Not every new opportunity in the Terra Incognita expansion drives you into the great unknown in the world. New mechanisms such as districts and governments force you to focus your focus on the events within your civilization.
Expand your city with five districts that each bring a special boost for your development when you can activate it. Or develop new government forms for stronger focus maps. In addition, a newly designed event disc comes into play, with the corresponding symbols.
