El objetivo del juego es conseguir la mayor cantidad de puntos de prestigio. Cuanto más avances con tu capitán, más sobrevivirán tus hombres al invierno antártico y más puntos de prestigio obtendrá tu expedición. Esto requerirá una gestión cuidadosa de tus cajas, tu comida y tus campamentos: sin reservas, tus exploradores no sobrevivirán.
