In 5 towers, players compete against each other in a masterful competition to build the highest towers. Each round is revealed 5 cards with tower sections and all offer in turn how many of these cards they want to take. The person with the highest bid takes the trendy number and builds them to their towers. But only different towers can be built and each of them must be varietal. In addition, the number values on the cards must become smaller and smaller from bottom to top. So the faster it is built, the harder it is to make bids at all. The goal is to have the most points at the end of the game. There is 1 point for each card in its own towers. For each card in towers with tower tops even 2 points. In addition, the highest own tower scores, while cards that have been torn down during the game count minus points. 5 Towers is a card game that is about timing and courage to strike at the right moment. Author Kasper Lapp, who is already known for numerous innovative card games such as That's not a, surprises here again with an unusual game mechanism that only unfolds its depth throughout the game. Annika Heller's colourful illustrations are filled to the brim with film and game references and offers pop culture enthusiastic gamers a fun additional level.
