- Reviewed in the United States on December 22, 2016Fun little game that went over pretty well with my friends.
Pros:
Very easy to play, and explain.
Quick Setup time
Comes with a nice pad of sheets to keep track of who is who
Inexpensive despite solid pieces, and a good board.
Cons:
The sheets for tracking who is who, are hard to keep secret.
A few of the colors are a little too similar in lower lit enviroments
I brought this with me to the game night at a local bar and everyone seemed to enjoy it, we did play before having too many drinks, which made it easier to keep track of who is who, and who took what. One of the nice parts about this game is the rules specifically state that you need to make which gem you take clear to the other players. no need to worry about those sneaky folks to take a gem without letting the other players see it. A lot of folks like to compare it to clue, while it has a similar element(trying to eliminate things to figure out which combination is the correct one) it's not AS complicated, all you're doing is stealing gems(worth 1 point each or more points if you have a set) and trying to figure out which character belongs to which player(7 points for each correct answer) The most points wins!
- Reviewed in the United States on January 18, 2024Love this game. We have one, bought two as gifts. We played as a family on the Holiday. Using deductive reasoning, one needs to determine who is the culprit through process of elimination. Fun for high school, college and old folks. I assume great for kids too. Recommend.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2022This is one of my favorite board games! It's easy to learn and can no language restrictions. You all play as a thief, trying to steal gems from the museum. As you're gathering gems, you're also trying to figure out who are the other thief (your friends characters). The score is based off the amount of gems + the right guess on your friends characters.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 16, 2023The lightweight strategy and visual deduction create gratifying gameplay.
Suspicion pleasantly surprised me with how the mechanics flowed to create a fun and engaging experience.
Human error can cause players to be unable to accurately deduce who is who. Though after a few plays we seemed to rectify the issue.

Images in this review - Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2019Suspicion is a fun and challenging game. The game makes you think and pay attention but my 7 yr old granddaughter picked it up after a couple of games. I like the way it makes all the players Pay Attention thru everyone's turn, otherwise you'll be sorry at the end when you can't guess the other player's identities!!
The game is like an adult version of Clue- so younger kids who can't read or pay attention won't be able to keep up. Great game!
I also appreciated the quality of the game. The board was solid and all the cards, pencils and tokens came in good quality, Ziploc style bags.

- Reviewed in the United States on April 25, 2021Way better than “Clue” in our opinion. We loved this game! It is super quick and easy to set up, a ton of fun, and you feel so clever at the end even if you don’t win...you just have to pay attention and enjoy!
