Feels like factory seconds from a pound-o-dice (disclaimer below)
Disclaimer: Obviously manufacturing is never 100% consistent and produces variable results, with no fault of the seller necessarily. That said, it feels like this is a matching set put together from a pound-o-dice (a bag of factory seconds), or just reeeeally bad luck. There is an air bubble under the 5 of the d8 (teardrop shape in first picture), and half of the d8 is translucent when they should be basically opaque. When testing in salt water, most of the dice float the same number towards the top most of the time (unbalanced, however this does not mean there is an obvious bias when rolled normally on a surface). The d20 showed 16 90% of the time, possible because the distribution of black plastic is towards one side of the die (opposite side of the number 16, which is mostly grey plastic, see 2nd and 3rd picture).I could live with some being unbalanced, but the air bubble and the fact that the plastic types don't seem well mixed at all in half the dice, just a solid boundary, was disappointing considering I bought this specific set for the look.
