- Reviewed in the United States on June 22, 2023We took this game on vacation because its small (just like a deck of cards) and easy to travel with. If you've never played it before, it is very confusing at first . . . like overwhelmingly so . . . but once you watch a Youtube tutorial on it and do one confusing round, it suddenly is not confusing anymore. (Just get through the first game and you are golden). I thought it was a super fun and a unique game. I think my husband thought it was only luck and zero strategy. But he still seemed to have fun playing it. We've played it with all adults and also with my 12 year old niece. It will come with us next trip as well. I'm a fan!

- Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2016Been a fan of Fluxx since the first time I played it with my friends. We've collected almost all the variations between us. Nature is interesting because the Creepers affect everyone at the table. Every time we play I keep thinking this would be a great game for a Science class for kids finished with a test and have free time or whatever. It's not educational per-say but my 8 year-old daughter has put some basic biological facts together just based on the keepers and how the goals are paired together.
To everyone who've played Fluxx before. It's fresh and fun with the new creeper behavior.
To anyone who haven't play Fluxx before, try it! This version is just as easy to play as any other and more fun than the original Fluxx.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 8, 2019Nature flux was purchased for a 12-year old. The kid caught on faster than the adult! It is fun and we found each time we played the game was different. Some were fast, some were complex, and others were more competitive. So I like the variability. I do wish there were more FAQ's on the instruction sheet. We found that we had unanswered questions on how to move forward on some of the more complex cards or situations. Otherwise great game for an older child or tween who likes a challenge.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 20, 2020I had read reviews of this particular game after having played the basic game and my 11- and 13-y-o kids enjoyed it immediately. The theme suited us and still had humorous combinations.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 20, 2016Great for a first-time Fluxx player or anyone looking to add another Fluxx game to their collection. Very easy to learn since there are no cards that I would consider overly-complicated, but there are some interesting rules and creepers unique to this deck that fit the nature theme very nicely. The only thing that wasn't totally clear was how the "X eats Y" goals work, where X and Y are keeper cards, usually depicting animals. For these goals, it seems that as long as Y is on the table (regardless of who the owner is), whoever has X in play would achieve the goal and win the game. This wasn't explicitly stated in the rules, but this was the interpretation I came up with and it seems to make the most sense, so I just figured I would share.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 5, 2016This is a great game. Can be very quick, as quick as 5 minutes up to maybe a half an hour. Love all the variations and this is just another one that appeals to the "Green" players. Ever changing game that never gets old or boring. My son was playing Fluxx games since he was 5 years old and we still play. Great family game
- Reviewed in the United States on December 2, 2018the theme is nice but it's not as fun to play as other versions of flux because almost none of the keepers have abilities and the only one that does is poison which prevents certain win conditions and doesn't affect gameplay much.

5.0 out of 5 stars Easy and fun nature themed card game
Fluxx is an easy to learn card game and this being a nature spin to it that my family loves.
This version has creepers but they are simple and easy to understand.
All the cards are easy to understand and my 9yr old was able to play without help on the first time playing.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good game, this.
We bought this to take on a camping trip, because it's little and it's an ever-shifting game, so it's like getting lots of games in one. It didn't disappoint! everyone from the six year old to the 50 year old enjoyed it!

5.0 out of 5 stars Love it.
We love Fluxxxxxx. This is the one we generally use to introduce the game to others. Once they get the concept we then try other versions.

4.0 out of 5 stars Ecologically correct but can be a challenge
Some of the potential rule combinations are subject to debate and not covered on the FAQs so it does not play as readily as many of the other Fluxx games. If it had better instructions (especially on cards not in play) then it would merit 5 stars.

2.0 out of 5 stars Seams like its more aimed at kids than other versions.
Have Space fluxx and love it and have seen other versions which are all great with loads of descriptions on the cards too. But this version just seems aimed at kids? The cards are all really baisic, there isnt as much to get caught up in and carried away with.
