The 10 Minute Party Game that's Different Every Time!

One Night Ultimate Alien

No moderator, no elimination, and nowhere to hide.

Your village has been invaded by the extraterrestrial! One Night Ultimate Alien is a fast-paced 10 minute game where 4-10 players will each receive a unique role. In the course of only one night players will attempt to gather as much information and cause as much trouble as possible! The following morning, the players will determine who among them is an alien...hopefully.

One Night Ultimate Alien

The Ultimate Party Game for 4-10 Players!

Players can join in for just a single game, or stay and play numerous games in a row!

Abducting your next game night, One Night Ultimate Alien will have you believing the truth is out there.

The One Night games come to life with the amazing free app, that's just as easy to use as the game is to play! Select the cards you have in the game, press play, and the app walks you through each game…with an irreverant attitude and a lot of charm.

Meet the Good Guys

Oracle

The Oracle is asked a question by the app, and how she answers has an effect on the rest of the game! She might decide to change teams, view a player's card, or even be granted the ability to keep her eyes open at night!

Cow

The Cow is very, very sentitive to Aliens, so much so that if they are sitting next to at least one Alien, they get tipped…they can use this information to help the village figure out who the Aliens are.

Psychic

The Psychic gets to view one or two cards of different players, but is told which players (or range of players) she can view by the app…what she views is different each game.

Meet the Bad Guys

Alien

They don't come in piece. Rather, they're all about conquering, and who knows, maybe even adding 'Villager' to their home planet's menu! Each game they get a new power to help them with their insidious plans to conquer the village…and then the Earth!

Mortician

The Mortician lives in the village, but hey, he's got to make a living, and he's really really lazy. The solution? Accuse his neighbors of being Aliens! If one of his neighbors dies, he wins (he gets new business and doesn't have to travel for it)!

Blob

Yes, the Blob is a terrifying gloop of green sludge that absorbs other players into his slimy mass. But on the good side, he wins if everyone he's absorbed stays alive at the end of the game, so how bad can he be?

    An overall fun party game
    4 out of 5 stars
    An overall fun party game
We have owned over 300 games in the last two years. Our family of six like to play games of all types. Whether we play together or with friends, we are always on the lookout for new "party" games.GAMEPLAY:1. Each player is given/selects a role.Different roles have different win conditions, such as Synthetic Alien needs to be "killed" to win; the Mortician needs the player on the right or left of them to die in order to win, etc.2. Start the app and follow the instructions.3. Accuse, deny and cause doubt to the different roles active that session.4. Everyone votes.5. Player with most votes is "killed". In the event of a tie, all tied players are killed.EASE OF PLAY:+ No teaching necessary, other than each player understand their role as an alien or as a villager (and the overall steps I outlined above).+ Takes less than five minutes to learn. Perfect for a gateway gamers or non-gamers without feeling like you need experience board gaming to do well.+ The app does all the heavy lifting (not that there really is much).Launch the app and follow the instructions.+ Rounds last 10-minutes tops.COMPONENTS:+ Nice thick tiles!+ Good cardboard tokens+ Free app is a must and works great on a phone or tablet!+ Love how the app even adds in some humorous interludes to the session (see pic).THEME:> The alien theme works, but isn't great. The Synthetic Alien dying to win didn't make a lot of sense to us.+ The tipping the Cow role is a fun addition.+ The makers say you can mix this with the other games (Werewolf and/or Vampire) and the app makes this very easy to do. Though I don't know why you'd do so as that may break the theme in Werewolf or Vampire and vice versa, but it's nice to have the option.FINAL THOUGHTS:-- This failed for us when players got confused which role they were supposed to be playing. Players need to really pay attention to their role and pay attention to the app's directions. Minor mistakes can blow an entire round.-- Experience with bluffing games and being able to respond immediately to accusations (and with a straight face) does help players.+ Love the app!NOTE: Reason the app asks you to move your tile around at the end, is so that if someone had looked at your tile then you wouldn't notice it had moved or changed position when you opened your eyes.It is a fun game of bluffing and accusation, but we find Resistance and Coup much more engaging, strategic, and laugh-out-loud funny. We've played this game with 4 and 5 players. It may be a lot more fun when we get into larger groups, as I've heard people have a BLAST with large groups with the other games in the series. Meaning there could be more for larger groups with this game too.

As a huge fan of previous One Night games in the series, Alien is a lot of fun but should be bought with consideration.

If you've played the other games, Alien requires the app to use and has many random elements not present in other One Night games. This adds some extra flavor to games and sometimes completely ridiculous events occur. It's usually pretty hilarious for everyone involved, but in my experience playing with friends there can sometimes be too much information exchanged during the night phase. It's a buzzkill when all intrigue is lost during the day phase due to random elements, but the core game is so fun and it's pretty rare so it's not a huge discouragement.

If you haven't played any One Night games, I would reccomend One Night Ultimate Werewolf first for a more pure social deduction game experience. But if you're looking to take a pre-existing hobby farther, Alien is a great step forward. Personally I like it slightly more than Vampire.

My family is obsessed with this game and we love teaching it to our friends. It’s easy to learn, a lot of fun to play, and it doesn’t get boring or repetitive. It comes with everything ready to play other than the free app that you need to download, but it’s the same app for all of the One Night games. We also combine it with other packs, such as the werewolf or vampire, and it’s a lot of fun. Would definitely recommend, it makes a great gift!

We had the Ultimate Werewolf game and everybody liked it. Decided to add this one. Only played it once so far but one thing we liked is unlike the werewolf game where the narration is the same everytime this game changes things up every time. Time will tell if we like it better or if we combine it with werewolf.

One Night Alien is a fun purchase when you are getting tired of regular One Night Werewolf. It has a "ripple in the space time continuum" which can make the game restart itself. This makes the game go much longer which can be annoying at times. When we play we like to add a few of the Alien characters into the regular werewolf game. Overall I recommend One Night Alien to any avid werewolf player.

Me and my pals loved Werewolf so we got One Night Ultimate. We love One Night Ultimate so we got Daybreak. We loved Daybreak so we got Vampire. We loved Vampire so we got Alien. One night Ultimate Alien adds some fun little snippets to the game with these unique roles. With more players it can get crazy sometimes. I really like playing it as the base game first and adding in some other characters later to spice the game up. The entire One Night series is great for one night of fun or weeks of fun, it never gets old.

OK, let me be up front with you: this game isn't exactly the board game version of Shakespeare. It's basic. It's corny. The sound effects can be a bit annoying. And the randomness drives some folks bonkers - if you're the type of person who hates, with the fire of a 1,000 suns, any luck element in a game, this is not the game for you.

That said, it's a hoot. Especially when you get a bunch of people playing.

It's essentially Werewolf and/or Mafia, if you're familiar with those games. If not, think of a game where you are trying to do a great job of hiding what your role is while casting doubt on (most) everyone else around you.

Regardless, if you get 6+ people playing this, you will almost certainly have fun. If you get 8 or more, it starts to get downright hilarious.

Regular price is stupidly high, but it's on sale a lot. Once it's $12 or so, snap it up. You'll be glad you did.

I love the one night games and Alien is so much fun! You have to download the app associated with it because the game asks you to answers questions sometimes and has some special events that may occur. It is a bit more complicated than one night ultimate werewolf, but still very similar. I have gotten hours upon hours of fun from this game with friends and family! And yes, it can be combined with any of the other one night games.

      Layout:
Hochwertig Verarbeitet.
